River Bluffs Owners’ Association Annual Meeting and Dinner

5 p.m. sharp for the Business Meeting, Potluck dinner to follow.

RBOA will provide homemade bar-be-cue from pitmasters extraordinaire Matt and Brad, hamburgers, hot dogs, buns, condiments, water and sodas, and paper and plastic goods. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share, and your libation of choice!  

This year, children are invited, with parental supervision.  Please bring something to keep your children occupied from 5:00 until 5:30 while we have our business meeting.

Business to be taken care of:

·       Review and Approval of last year’s meeting minutes

·       Review and Approval of the Budget for 2024

·       We still need one more Board member to start in 2023!  Please help support our community and volunteer to be a Board member!

Other topics:

·       Covenants Change Committee, headed by Julianne Lawrence covenants@river-bluffs.net

·       Need Future Improvements Committee – especially for the play equipment.

We will open the floor up for discussion if anyone has an issue they would like to discuss.

Matt has put a survey up. On it, you can choose:

·       Will attend meeting and dinner (and how many will attend dinner).

·       Will not attend.

If you cannot attend, please fill out the proxy form and give it to a neighbor or a board member who is attending the meeting.  It is essential that we meet the requirements for a quorum, as designated in our covenants.
